RANKS – The hierarchy of the pack

Advancement is based on activity, reliability, and contribution to the pack. Every rank brings responsibility – no one flies alone.

RANK 5 · Commander

Supreme Command & Strategy. Sets the unit's course and priorities.

RANK 4 · Captain

Operations Management: directs operations, coordinates wings and resources.

RANK 3 · Lieutenant

Leading small teams; providing tactical support to captains.

RANK 2 · Sergeant

Veterans with a mentoring role and operational responsibility.

RANK 1 · Specialist

Operational backbone – active pilots and crew.

RANK 0 · Recruit

Trial phase: Learning the code, procedures & tactics.

Promotions are based on practical experience, reliability, and dedication. Each rank reflects performance— not status. Concordia Luporum is characterized by flat hierarchies and a high degree of personal responsibility.
